This public consultation event sets out our initial design proposals as well as the technical and environmental considerations which have informed the proposed design. We are keen to engage with the local community and all other stakeholder parties before finalising our proposals and views on submitting a planning application in the coming months.
The site (approximately 10.35 hectares / 25.59 acres) is located in Bishop’s Tachbrook, west of the existing settlement. The site currently comprises of agricultural fields with Mallory Road and existing residential properties to the north of the site, existing residential properties to the east and agricultural land and buildings to the south and west.
The site is relatively flat and contains an existing public right of way connecting Holt Avenue and the A452. The site is currently accessed via an agricultural access off Mallory Road.
